Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: July 7, 2026

Our Commitment

Quilty is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards so writers, producers, and executives can use our screenplay analysis platform regardless of ability.

We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, which is the technical benchmark referenced by U.S. civil rights enforcement and widely adopted for global digital accessibility compliance.

Conformance Status

Quilty is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the platform do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively remediating known gaps across marketing pages, authenticated workflows, and administrative tools.

This statement covers quilty.app and associated authenticated product surfaces served from the same application.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML, ARIA landmarks, and keyboard-navigable navigation across shared chrome
  • Visible focus indicators and skip-to-content links on primary layouts
  • Alternative text for meaningful images; decorative images marked appropriately
  • Form labels, dialog focus management, and screen-reader-friendly status messaging
  • Automated accessibility regression checks on critical public routes
  • Manual review of high-traffic flows including sign-in, dashboard, and checkout

We do not rely on third-party accessibility overlay widgets as a substitute for source-code remediation.

Known Limitations

Some complex, data-dense analysis views (charts, comparison tables, and generated media galleries) may present incomplete screen-reader descriptions or keyboard shortcuts while we continue remediation. PDF and print-oriented views are optimized for visual layout and may not yet meet all WCAG success criteria.

If you encounter a barrier, please contact us using the channels below — specific feedback helps us prioritize fixes.

Assistive Technology Support

Quilty is designed to work with modern browsers and common assistive technologies, including screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver), keyboard-only navigation, and browser zoom up to 200%. We test critical paths with keyboard navigation and automated accessibility scanners.

A high-contrast theme is available in account appearance settings for users who need stronger visual contrast.
