SMS Policy

1. Overview

Quilty may send text messages (SMS) to phone numbers you provide when you create an account, verify your identity, reset your password, or—only if you opt in—receive promotional updates. This policy explains how we use SMS and how you can control promotional messages.

2. Types of Messages

• Verification & security: One-time codes to sign up, change your phone number, or reset your password, plus occasional security alerts tied to your account.
• Promotional (optional): Updates and offers about Quilty. We send these only if you check an optional consent box that starts unchecked. Consent is not required to purchase or use Quilty.

Verification and security texts are separate from promotional texts and may use different sender configurations so carriers can distinguish account-critical messages from marketing.

3. Frequency & Charges

Message frequency varies. Verification codes are sent only when you request them. Promotional frequency depends on campaigns and your engagement. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

4. Opt-Out & Help

Reply STOP to any promotional text to unsubscribe from marketing messages. Reply HELP for help. After you text STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and stop promotional texts. You may still receive verification and security codes needed to use your account.

You can also manage promotional SMS preferences in your Quilty profile settings.

5. Carriers & Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery can be affected by carrier filtering, device settings, or network conditions. In the United States, business texting may require carrier registration (10DLC); until registration is complete, some messages may be filtered by carriers.

6. Privacy

We share your phone number with our SMS delivery provider only as needed to send messages on our behalf. We do not sell or rent phone numbers. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service (Section 4.2) for more detail.
